How long will it take my item to ship?

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can trace your package.

Why doesn’t the item I ordered look exactly like the one in the photo?

While we strive for our product images to be accurate representations of what our accessories look like, please keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color and pattern placement. Also, screen calibration on your device may affect the appearance of the color of our products.

What sizes do you carry?

While all of our products are one size fits all, our headbands may not be suitable for newborns.

Return Policy

Here at Everhart, we stand by our products. If your item is defective, please contact us at hello@everhartlove.com.

Hair accessories and Masks: Due to the handmade nature of these delicate items, as well as hygienic reasons, we are unable to return any of our hair accessories.

Clothing: Everhart will accept, for size exchange only, items that are in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of damages by the customer, with tags will attached in their original packaging. For an exchange, customers must first contact Everhart by email for approval. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, an exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
